We have been staging homes for 20+ years and we love what we do! Here’s our basic approach:
Either an in-person visit must occur before the staging date or many photos must be sent for viewing and review. Then the staging date is scheduled. When Busy Bee arrives, these actions occur: physically moving unnecessary furniture to broaden entryways and other rooms; helping pare down small items, family photos and items that are too personal or not generic enough; employing many of the homeowner’s existing decor items PLUS adding some Busy Bee items to complement and complete the staging process. All this emphasizes the home’s positive features, architectural details and potential. To make the best impression and secure the highest offer, the home should be presented cleanly, well-lit, and tastefully staged.
