Busy Bee’s experience staging vacant homes is one of pleasure and gratitude. To have a ‘blank space’ in which to create an exceptional first impression provides the opportunity to show it’s potential and highlight any favorable features.
I often give this example: New model homes that are bright, clean and updated are staged because it offers an even better impression with tasteful furniture and accessories than empty. One receives what I call a ‘3D’ experience instead of something possibly flat and uninteresting. The expectation is that the well-staged home will leave a positive impression.
There are varying levels of staging a vacant home. Options include ‘First impression’ staging, which features a warm, well-lit entry, a lovely piece of art and a few other tasteful pieces selectively placed around the home. Moderate staging usually consists of staging the front room, kitchen, a dining space and a primary bedroom. And depending on the home’s size and/or budget, the whole house could be staged including all bathrooms, second bedrooms, offices, pantries and patios.
Busy Bee works with homeowners and realtors to make those important decisions.
