I’ve used Brenda exclusively as my stager since I was referred to her about 7 years ago.  She has a knack for turning a nice home into a showpiece and oh-my-gosh what she can do with the really awful ones!  From de-cluttering, organizing and accessorizing owner occupied homes to doing complete design work on vacant ones, she always brings out the best.  My clients and I are especially appreciative of how she integrates clients’ existing furniture and accessories whenever possible so staging costs are more reasonable.  No matter the price range, she’s one of my first calls after the listing is signed.  Her skills, combined with an always-positive-approach are a big reason my listings get sold.  I couldn’t do it without her.
